By purchasing a website package from 5280Devs, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all of our ready-made and/or starter WordPress/Divi layout packages.

Website Package Options:
You can choose from three package options, pricing varies:

• 5-Page Package
• 7-Page Package
• 10-Page Package

Customization:
Each package includes:

• Customization of fonts, colors, and graphics based on your preferences.
• Integration of your content (e.g., text, images, logos).
• Royalty-free and stock images.

Optional Addons:
Each package includes optional addons, for an extra fee - indicated on the package page options:

• WoooCommerce - a tool that lets you add an online store to your WordPress website, making it easy for you to sell your products or services.
• Event Calendar - adds calendar and events to your website, give you the ability to highlight and promote your events and grow sales.
• Chat Bot - a communication tool that can help improve customer support, increase sales, and boost lead generation.
• Check each package page for other possible options.

Services Excluded:

• Hosting, domain registration, and premium plugin licenses.
• Premium graphics, videos, or other assets.
• Features, layouts, or other elements not shown in the package demo.

If you require additional services (e.g., SEO, content writing), these can be purchased separately.

Once you’ve selected your package and provided all necessary content, we will begin the customization process.

A typical project timeline is 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your requested features and the timely submission of your feedback and content. Timeline is typically extended with upgrades.

A down payment is due upon agreement to proceed with the project unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payments are accepted via CC or PayPal. We may accept payment plans upon request.

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced unless the agreed-upon services were not delivered as described. In the event of a dispute, we will do our best to resolve the issue amicably.

• 5280Devs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as hosting services or external integrations.
• You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of your website.
• All websites are created with accessibility and ADA compliance in mind, but full compliance is not guaranteed unless explicitly requested.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled under the laws of Colorado, USA, and any legal actions will take place within the jurisdiction of Aurora, Colorado.
